Stayed at Latini for 2 weeks for a ski course. Really comfortable, lovely friendly staff, nice pool and spa, great food, and only a 5 minute walk to the Areit ski lift. And only 4 minutes on the local train to Zell centre.
The only suggestion I can think of is that they could be a little clearer in offering a vegan option at meals (though they always did when asked).

We stayed in Hotel Latini for a long weekend to ski. The hotel was really good. The food was excellent, large buffet each evening and good breakfast in the morning. The spa facilities were also excellent. The slopes are a relatively short walk which is fine in ski boots. Great resort for skiing too. The main part of Zell am See is a short bus or taxi ride away if you want more restaurants and bars. Overall Highly recommend.
Older hotel with family and single rooms, a pool and a sauna. The breakfast is really great and include hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's located 8 min walk from the ski slopes and a 5 min bus ride to the old town is Zell am See. I would recommend this hotel for singles and families.
the worst hotel in austria. the hotel manager yells and screams at me when I ask for the account for the irregularities and the bad service. the restaurant manager as well, an embarrassing attitude. the hotel manager touches me threateningly and speaks aggressively. I have three more days to stay here, if it happens again I will call the police. such a thing is not possible. I have never seen anything like this anywhere in the world. not even in less developed countries have I found such an attitude. to avoid this hotel with management under any criticism.
First of all, I'd like to thank you for the service. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was tasty and varied. The room was nice, clean, and well-equipped. The bed mattress was a little bit comfortless maybe old. That little bit bothered us when we arrived after a 600 km car journey at the check-in desk man was a little bit rude. We couldn't understand each other. I'll promise nexte mal aufgefrischt mein Deutsch. But overall we spent stunning days in your land and at your property.

Lovely hotel, great food, travelled with vaccine injured child and hotel was accessible for him. Pool is fab, lots of naked guests in sauna . Food was great at breakfast and plenty gluten free options.
